No fee estimate: local diagnostic record

For your own Core instance. Do not include wallet secrets, cookies or passwords.

1. Record the Core version, intended network and observation time.
2. Confirm blocks/headers, initialblockdownload and recent tip time.
3. Preserve the complete estimatesmartfee response, including errors and blocks.
4. Record the requested target/mode and the original LTC/kB unit.
5. Inspect getmempoolinfo relay and mempool minimum fields as local policy.
6. Identify whether the wallet used an estimate, explicit fee or configured fallback.
7. Review the signed/final transaction size, total fee, recipient and change.
8. Keep service withdrawal charges separate from the network fee.

An absent feerate is missing information, not a zero price. A relay floor is not
a confirmation deadline. Changing a fallback is not evidence that the estimator
has learned a price. Do not change production settings to match this experiment.
