[ ] I saved the original invoice reference, order reference and quoted LTC.
[ ] I recorded the full deadline timestamp and its timezone/UTC offset.
[ ] I identified whether I authorized, signed or requested any payment.
[ ] If I attempted payment, I obtained its actual network ID where available.
[ ] I distinguished a send request, reported broadcast, first observation,
    confirmation observation, block header time and service credit.
[ ] I checked the actual network, full recipient output and delivered amount.
[ ] Unavailable or incomplete records remain UNKNOWN, not CANCELLED.
[ ] I checked the original invoice/order status through a trusted channel.
[ ] For a payment attempt, I requested reconciliation before another payment.
[ ] I did not assume top-ups or old invoice destinations are accepted.
[ ] Any refund instruction states amount, denomination and fee/deduction rule.
[ ] I will get a refund destination from my trusted receiving wallet/service.
[ ] I keep secrets and account identity out of support attachments/public posts.
[ ] I retain the response, later observations and any separate refund TXID.

Stop rule: an expired timer alone does not resolve a payment already attempted.
If no payment was ever authorized, return to the verified checkout for current
instructions. Otherwise resolve the original payment before independent retry.
No seeds, private keys, backups, passwords or authentication codes are needed.
No public explorer can prove merchant fulfillment, owner identity or account credit.
