LITECOIN.WATCH: LITECOIN PRICE OUTLOOK FOR 2027 Research snapshot: 22 October 2026 PURPOSE AND OUTCOME The chosen forecast outcome is Coinbase Exchange LTC-USD's UTC daily candle close for 31 December 2027, available after that day ends. The editorial $60-$120 range is conditional judgment, not an estimated confidence interval. No future scenario has a fitted probability. A yearly intraday high, a daily close, an executable quote and a future exit price are different quantities. PROVENANCE AND FROZEN HISTORICAL DATA The acquisition manifest identifies the Coinbase Exchange candle requests captured on 22 October 2026. source-candles.zip preserves 16 raw JSON responses; their SHA-256 hashes are verified by the analyzer against the manifest. They cover LTC-USD and BTC-USD. Identical overlaps are checked and deduplicated. The retained paired series has 2,120 days from 1 January 2021 through 21 October 2026; the partial 22 October candle is excluded. This is one venue's historical series, not a consolidated market feed, proof of a tradable execution price or an independently acquired second feed. daily-candles.json/.csv and paired-closes.csv are derived from those responses. primary-source-record.json records dated public documents or opinions used in the article. These are attributed evidence and issuer opinions, not an independent custody audit, institutional endorsement of our targets, or complete market record. REPRODUCE THE ANALYSIS OFFLINE The portable analysis script is published as analyze.py.txt. Save a copy as analyze.py alongside daily-candles.json, model-inputs.json, acquisition-manifest.json and source-candles.zip. With Python 3, run: python analyze.py The script uses the Python standard library only. It reads these local files, verifies acquisition-page hashes and calculations, and prints JSON to standard output. It has no network calls, places no trades and writes no output files. The archived results.json is the expected calculation result. Do not compare byte hashes of reformatted JSON; compare its parsed values. The original script has also been rerun against the frozen inputs and matched the parsed result. METHODS AND LIMITATIONS Historical returns are based on daily closes; regression uses daily log returns, Pearson correlation and OLS with an intercept. A 30/90/365-return window requires 31/91/366 close observations, respectively. Close-based drawdowns do not capture all intraday losses. Annual highs use candle highs. Annual final closes use the 31 December UTC daily candle. The 2026 annual row is partial through 21 October; the high-versus-close chart includes only the completed 2021-2025 calendar years. The target matrix is the price identity LTC/USD = BTC/USD times LTC/BTC, evaluated at chosen inputs. It neither proves causation nor forecasts BTC or the ratio. Reverse hurdles, market-value examples, miner sales fractions and fund additions are illustrative assumptions, not fitted behavioral models. The calendar model assumes 576 blocks/day, a 6.25 to 3.125 LTC subsidy change and chosen dates; the protocol selects activation by block height 3,360,000. No-halving annual baseline is 1,314,000 LTC; the post-halving annual run rate is 657,000 LTC. Calendar-year output differs from that post-event run rate. Fund holdings are stock observations, not automatically net flows, newly sourced aggregate buying or proof of ownership. Dollar AUM also changes with market price. The three price paths are invented four-point sequences. Their drawdowns use only listed points; intermediate prices and timing are unspecified. Toy weights are invented to illustrate mean/median sensitivity, not calibrated odds. No causal claim, backtested trading strategy, independent investment audit or execution guarantee is made. The packet contains no secret order flow, private wallet information or undisclosed institutional price targets.
