Added 14 Core history/backup checks and 7 offline Electrum range checks. Added exact executable hashes and a runner separating stored-artifact checks from new software runs. Added observer protocol v2: 20-second diagnostic RPC allowance with unchanged 10-second measurement budget, 90-day working data and immutable daily files for a fixed prospective 30-day study.
