Confirmed, but the exchange has not credited it?
Check the deposit address against the exchange's current instructions, the required network and its confirmation policy. A public explorer cannot see internal account checks, maintenance, minimum deposits or the exchange's crediting queue. Do not send a second payment just because the first one is not visible in the account.
The copied support summary includes the ID, source time and observed status. Add the relevant order or account reference when contacting the service through its official support channel.
Not found is not a failure verdict
The ID may be mistyped, the wallet may not have broadcast it, or the provider may not have indexed it. A withdrawal request ID is not necessarily a blockchain transaction ID.
